Project Overview
Garden Suites Toronto, a subsidiary of 2x2 Construction, contacted me to create blog posts to introduce a relatively new concept to the local market. I boosted topical awareness and interest for a newly voted-in policy for guest homes, followed by information on building.
This was a challenging topic to gain visibility for since it wasn’t legal until garden suites were voted in by the Toronto City Council. However, that also meant little competition, which presented a huge opportunity.
I helped generate interest in the topic and the company by 1200% in organic traffic and increased ranking keywords by 2680%, which has remained to this day, creating massive leads for the company.
